After a largely fine and sunny start with light winds, cloud will develop through the day, resulting in a few showers during the afternoon. Highs 11°C.

OVERNIGHT:

Any showers should gradually fade, becoming dry and fine during the evening with light winds and clearing skies. Turning quite cold overnight with a frost likely by dawn. Lows -1°C.

MONDAY:

A frosty start, morning mist an fog, then another dry and sunny morning with light winds. Cloud will develop again during the day but staying dry. Rain arriving later overnight. Highs 10°C.

OUTLOOK:

Persistent, heavy rain slow to clear Tuesday morning, turning brighter with scattered showers later. Turning colder Wednesday and Thursday with sunshine and scattered showers, and a risk of hill snow.
