Family of Neil Stewart issue statement thanking Dutch Police

The family of Neil Stewart, whose body was found in a canal after he'd fallen from a party boat, have issued a statement thanking Dutch Police.

Neil, 30, was on a surprise holiday given to him by his fiancee Chelsea. They were also celebrating the engagement of two of their friends.

Glynn Ferris, who was celebrating his engagement with Neil, also paid tribute.
