A Darlington-built steam locomotive replica features in the latest Paddington film, which will be released later this year.

The Tornado stars in the new movie Paddington 2, alongside the Belmond British Pullman locomotive.

Paddington 2 will be released on 10th November and will star Hollywood names such as Ben Whishaw, Hugh Grant and Julie Walters.

Graeme Bunker-James is a trustee and operations director for the A1 Steam Locomotive Trust - the charity behind the engine:

The £3m project to build the Tornado was completed in 2008 and earlier this year, the Tornado locomotive reached 100mph on Britain's mainline rail network, the first time a steam train has in 50 years.
