Durham dancing police officer goes viral at Manchester concert

A Darlington-based police officer, seen dancing with some of the crowd at Sunday's One Love Manchester concert, says his phone hasn't stopped ringing since the clip went viral.

Paul Taylor, who has served for 20 years, was among nearly 50 Durham officers seconded to help Greater Manchester Police as part of the mutual aid arrangements which exist between UK police forces.

Paul and his colleagues got back to Durham around 3.30am this morning for some well-earned rest.

He said once the clip started to trend on social media, it didn't take long for friends and family to recognise it was him.
