Pensioner dies after being hit by motorbike

A pensioner has died after being hit by a motorbike in Eston.

John Truscott, 85, was injured in the incident in Meadowgate on 2 April.

He was taken to James Cook University Hospital but later died on 12 April.

Police are appealing for information from anyone who saw four people on motorcycles in the Normanby Road/Fabian Road/Whale Hill areas of Eston from around 1.15pm on Sunday 2nd April.
