British Olympian boxer Josh Kelly will make his professional debut on 15 April in Glasgow. The opponent is unknown at present but the Welterweight will be part on the undercard of Ricky Burn's unification fight against Julius Indongo at the SSE arena.

Sunderland-born Kelly lost in round two to Olympic gold medallist Daniyar Yeleussinov in last year's competition in Rio.

The 22-year-old is now part of Eddie Hearn's Matchroom Boxing promotion and will be trained by David Haye's former trainer Adam Booth.

Kelly said: "My style is perfect for him, he loves flair but he knows how to control it. He lets you express yourself, but he doesn't neglect the basics, keeps you focused, and also keeps an eye on the nutrition and everything."
