Northumberland College has welcomed it's 1,000th apprentice.
The college has delivered training for the last 60 years and has now recruited it's 1,000th - apprentice April Halligan.
April, aged 18 from Fenham, Newcastle, is a Bricklaying Apprentice with Newcastle City Council.
