York City Nick Kennedy has left York City by mutual consent.

Kennedy signed his first professional contract for York in May 2016. The 19-year-old Academy graduate signed a one year deal but struggled to make a first team appearance for the Ministermen.

The former Easingwold School pupil was put forward for the Ministermen seniors team last season after impressing former Academy manager Andy Macmillan.
