A Hartlepool library is to host a celebration of all things magical as they take part in the global event 'Harry Potter Book Night ' on February 2.

'Muggles' from Central Library on York Road have organised two events, one for families and another just for adults with people urged to dress up as their favourite character from J.K Rowling's mystical book series.
