A man dressed as Where's Wally has been given a three month driving ban after being found guilty of driving without a licence and insurance.

JJ McMenemin pleaded guilty at Northallerton Magistrates' Court and was issued a £235 fine. McMenemin handed himself in live on Facebook and changed his profile picture to the popular children's character.

The 30-year-old originally from Middlesbrough was wanted by police after he failed to attend court on 19 December.
