Moyes: Pickford can become a "top keeper"

David Moyes feels Jordan Pickford has the ability to become a "top keeper" after his impressive display helped seal Sunderland's 3-0 victory against Hull City.

Pickford kept a clean sheet during the Black Cats first home win of the season and his efforts haven't gone unnoticed by Moyes.

Moyes feared the game may have had to been replayed after the floodlights went out when Sunderland were 1-0 up.

Striker Victor Anichebe gained an honourable mention from Moyes after his two goals helped lift Sunderland off the bottom of the table. Moyes admits Anichebe "needs to be loved" to see the best out of him in a Sunderland shirt.
