Vera Baird: clowns face jail for threatening behaviour

Northumbria's Police and Crime Commissioner, Vera Baird, is warning the clown craze could land people in jail.

Vera Baird says she hopes it will be a short-lived craze which she thinks is linked to the re-issue of the Stephen King film, It, which features a clown called Penny Wise and the approach of Halloween.
