'If they want to walk away, that's their decision'

The Northern Powerhouse Minister, Andrew Percy, has been reacting to the news that the North East devolution deal has been taken off the table.

Speaking to ITV Tyne Tees, he said "if local leaders in those particular councils have decided to walk away...that's their decision."
