I Am Team GB at the Gateshead International Stadium
Saturday 27th of August is officially I Am Team GB day across the UK.
Sports clubs who have signed up will be opening their doors for free to allow people to have a go at a sport they've never tried before or just to give getting fit a shot!
There'll also be a big FREE event at the Gateshead International Stadium (on Saturday)
All you need to do is register you want to attend, get your trainers ready and turn up with enthusiasm!
It's open to all ages and people of all abilities.
