Those driving to the event are advised to leave plenty of time for their journey and to be patient as the roads in the area are likely to be busy. Additional officers will be in the area, working with partners to ensure traffic disruption is kept to a minimum.

Officers also want to remind people to think about their personal safety when out enjoying themselves and not to let the day be ruined by too much alcohol. People going out after the event are also encouraged to make sure they have made plans to get home safely.
