Hundreds of school children at Armed Forces Day event

Hundreds of school children are taking part in an Armed Forces Day event in North Yorkshire.

The event at Catterick Garrison aims to offer an educational day for service children and their friends. Organisers say they hope children with serving parents are able to share their pride in their families' work.

The day included 2 military bands, agility dogs, armourers, assault courses, tanks and metal detecting courses.
