New plea for missing author to get in touch

Author Helen Bailey who has been missing for a month

The partner of missing author Helen Bailey has made a fresh appeal for her to get in contact. Helen is originally from Ponteland in Northumberland but now lives in Hertfordshire.

It is now a month since Helen disappeared from her home in Royston. Ian Stewart has now written a heartfelt message to Helen in the hope she will see it and get in touch.

This afternoon (May 11) officers will be out in Royston handing out leaflets and speaking to people in the area to see if they have any information which could assist the investigation.

Since Helen disappeared a team of officers have checked hundreds of hours of CCTV footage from private and commercial systems with no trace of Helen. Specialist searches have also been conducted in the streets and open spaces around her home address, again with no trace of Helen.
