Last band play at Middlesbrough Town Hall before multi million pound refurbishment
The last band have played to hundreds at Middlesbrough Town Hall before the 127-year-old closes for refurbishment.
A string of music legends including OASIS, Paul Weller, The Arctic Monkeys, David Bowie, Bryan Ferry and Robbie Williams have all stormed the stage.
But it was Teesside legends The Wildcats of Kilkenny who raised the roof at the Town Hall’s closing party yesterday (Saturday April 9) - the final gig at the much-loved venue before it closes for a major refurbishment.
