Morpeth Town one game away from Wembley
Morpeth Town are on the verge of going to Wembley for the first time in the club's history.
The Northern League Division One side face Bowers & Pitsea in the Second Leg of the FA Vase Semi Final on Saturday at 3pm. With the tie level at 2-2 from the First Leg in Essex the match will now be decided at Craik Park in Morpeth, Northumberland.
If the Highwaymen win, they will play in the final at Wembley for the first time in club's 122-year history.
For Morpeth Chairman Ken Beattie, the prospect of a trip to the home of football would be a dream come true. He said:
Morpeth Town entered the FA Vase at the First Qualifying Round and have progressed through eight rounds to make to it the Semi Final.
Either Morpeth or Bowers & Pitsea will face Hereford or Sailsbury in the Final on May 22.
