New owners for Hexham Racecourse

Hexham Racecourse has been sold to cattle auctioneers Hexham & Northern Marts for an undisclosed sum, the company has confirmed.

The sale is not expected to have any direct impact on racing at the venue.

Hexham was voted 'Small Racecourse of the Year 2015' for Scotland and The North by the Racegoers Club.
