Farmers still at "standstill" after flooding
Farmers across the region say they're still at a standstill weeks after flooding devastated thousands of acres of land.
In parts of North Yorkshire they're still struggling to drain the water away.
Chris Hoggard, who lives near Malton, says his land is still too wet to start repairs.
The government says more farmers should apply for grants from a recovery fund before the deadline in April.
Over £1m has been paid out through more than 100 claims to date. A further £1m of claims is currently being assessed.
