York City are looking up rather than down in League Two after recording back-to-back wins for the first time since April last year.

Despite spending most of the season near the bottom of the table, consecutive victories over Notts County and Exeter City in the past week have lifted the Minstermen out of the relegation zone.

The club's manager, Jackie McNamara has now set his sights on catching the teams above. The Scotsman told ITV News:

York travel to The Abbey Stadium to face Cambridge United on Saturday. An away win would represent York's best run of form since the club reached the League Two Playoffs in 2014.
