Teesport to celebrate completion of £35 million pound reconstruction

The completion of a £35 million pound investment at Teesport is being marked with a topping out ceremony this morning.

Lord Heseltine will visit the site to see the reconstruction of Number 1 Quay, offering one of the deepest water port facilities in the UK.

The quay will provide considerable flexibility for Teesport's fast growing container business as well as enhancing its bulk handling capabilities.
