A young boy from Newcastle has recorded a charity christmas single to raise money for those affected by the floods in Cumbria.

Eight-year-old Stefan Hughes was due to visit Cockermouth at Christmas but the hotel has been damaged by Storm Desmond. He decided he wanted to help those effected by the floods at Christmas.

Proceeds from the recording of Hark! The Herald Angels Sing will go to Cumbria Community Foundation Flood Recovery Appeal. You can download the single online and donate to the cause.
