Text Santa helps Make A Wish charity support two Hartlepool brothers
In the build up the live Text Santa fundraising show this Friday, we are looking at how money raised will benefit people here in the North East.
Make a Wish is one of three chosen charities. It grants wishes to children with life-threatening illnesses.
The charity has helped two brothers from Hartlepool, James and Harry Fewster-Smith. They both have a rare genetic condition, which affects their brains. Their mother Christine has told us their story:
