York City FC 'inviting applications' for the role of first team manager

York City FC have invited applications from the public for the role of first team manager following the departure of Russ Wilcox.

The club's website says they 'welcome proposals' via their Club Secretary and that "once applications have been reviewed, the Board of Directors will embark on an interview process. The announcement of the appointment of a new manager will then be made in due course."
