New jobs and new offices for Sunderland call centre

Fusion, a call centre business, has now opened a third building at its Sunderland site after creating 160 new jobs in the past 12 months.

Fusion, part of the BGL consumer insurance group, now employs 550 people at its Sunderland Enterprise Park site.

It’s the highest headcount the business has ever had since it opened its first office in the city in 2002.

The company provides contact centre services for clients including the Post Office, Marks & Spencer Money, Lloyds Banking Group, Co-operative Insurance and Santande.
