Tour of Britain: Your guide to Stage 5 as it travels from Prudhoe to Cumbria

Competitors will be riding through Northumberland again for Stage 5 of the Tour of Britain.

The race will start from Prudhoe and travel west, leaving the county through Hadrian's Wall towards the finish in Hartside Fell, Cumbria.

The Northumberland highlights:

  • Race starts in Prudhoe - 11:00

  • Sprint & Street velodrome - Hexham - 11:30

  • King of the Mountains - Haydon Bridge - 12:00

  • Cycle Hadrian’s Wall (free of traffic) 10:30 -13:00
