Capital One Cup: The North East opponents for Round 1

The first round of the Capital One Cup has been announced, with seeded teams drawn against unseeded teams.

There will be 36 ties played, with fixtures commencing August 10.The teams in the North East are competing against:

• Fleetwood Town v Hartlepool United

• Oldham Athletic v Middlesbrough

• York City v Bradford City

The times of the fixtures will be confirmed by Tuesday, June 23, with televised fixtures still to be announced.
