Hundreds of jobs heading to Teesside as manufacturer expands

Hundreds of jobs are to be created after a Teesside manufacturer announced it is to expand.

Nifco, in Eaglescliffe, said it will open a new site in the North East in 2016 or 2017, although the exact location has not yet been confirmed. The number of staff employed will go from 550 to 800.

Nifco manufactures car parts for companies around the world.
