World's best B&B is in North Yorkshire

A B&B in North Yorkshire has been named the 'best in the world' by holiday review site Trip Advisor.

Millgate B&B, in Masham, beat competition from around the globe in the 2015 Travellers' Choice awards to win first place in the World's Top 10 B&Bs. It's owned by Sue and Andrew Burrell.

This is the only B&B in our region to make the 'Top 20 in the World' list - and it won.

The region has another B&B in this list, Glen-Lyn, at Robin Hood's Bay, made it to number 11.
