Don't Panic! Yorkshire Coast set to host Hollywood stars for Dad's Army remake

Hollywood stars are heading to the Yorkshire coast to shoot the re-make of the classic comedy show, Dad's Army.

Shooting will start this month in Bridlington, just south of Scarborough.

Dad's Army ran from 1968-1977 and spawned such catchphrases as "They don't like it up 'em, Sir!", "Don't tell him, Pike" and of course, "You Stupid boy!"

The film will be shot entirely on location in Yorkshire, with Bridlington playing a major part of the set.
