SATURDAY:

After a dry start with some sunny spells showers will develop more widely into the afternoon, some of which may be heavy. Clearing skies from the west, ontop the Pennines, by evening. Remaining cool. Highs 16°C.

SATURDAY NIGHT:

Showers will ease during the evening, pushing east, with clear skies leading to a cold night for the time of year, particularly in inland rural areas. Lows 4°C.

SUNDAY:

A chilly start to the day, although dry with sunny spells. It is likely to turn cloudier through the day, making sunshine hazy by afternoon/evening. It should remain dry until after dusk. Highs 17°C

MONDAY:

Monday looks likely to be cloudy and windy with outbreaks of rain, turning showery later. Heaviest bursts more likely further south.
