Brian Johnson gets honorary degree

Rock legend Brian Johnson, from Gateshead, has been awarded an honorary degree from Northumbria University. His Doctorate of Music recognises the contribution he has made to the industry as the lead singer of AC/DC.

AC/DC are one of the world's most successful rock bands and are celebrating 40 years together this year. Brian Johnson met our presenter, Pam Royle, and he even gave her some good news about a forthcoming tour.
