£1 million betting loser speaks

A teenage barman who thought he had won £1 million betting on football matches has been told he has won nothing after filling in the wrong form.

19-year-old Jordan Donnellan from Consett in County Durham believed his £1 accumulator has made him a millionaire.

He and friends celebrated at the weekend, only to be told by Ladbrokes on Monday (March 24) that his slip, where he had correctly guessed the winners of 14 football matches, was invalid.
