Prime Minister's plans for the benefits system

David Cameron says he wants to end the "entitlement culture" and that scrapping housing benefit for under 25's will help to achieve that. But there's a furious reaction from people in the North East who argue that far from encouraging young people to work, it'll be a barrier.
