Exclusive interview: Denise Welch

Denise Welch is battling through the pain of her mother's death to appear on stage at the Theatre Royal in Newcastle.

The County Durham born actor and broadcaster lost her Mum just days ago. It was her Mother's dearest wish to see Denise on stage in Steel Magnolias.

In her first interview since her Mum died Denise talked to Pam Royle about how she's coping.
