One of the UK's most respected windsurfers has taken to the water again after a stroke knocked him off his board 4 years ago.

Team GB's Emma Wilson has won a bronze medal in the women's windsurfing at the Tokyo Olympics.

It marked the first medal that Team GB had won in windsurfing since 2008. 

Tom Squires from Abingdon is currently training in Lanzarote where the conditions are similar to Tokyo.
