A man has died after getting caught in fast-flowing flood water in the town of Cleobury Mortimer in Shropshire on Friday, West Mercia Police said.

The court heard the Vauxhall Astra being driven by Pc Myers was in a collision with a vehicle that was being driven by Mr Evans as he pulled out of a side road.

The spray means police won't have to pursue illegal bikers, but can identify them later on at their homes.
