Legia Warsaw fan Konrad Blaszkowski had a knife in his pocket but was not involved in violence outside Villa Park on November 30 last year.

The charges against 38 men and one woman were brought after flares were thrown towards police outside the stadium on Thursday 30 November.

PC Andrew Forbes, from West Mercia Police, was in hospital for two days after a flare was caught in his clothing, causing burn injuries.
