Prosecutors are not seeking the death penalty in the case, which could put Davis in prison for the rest of his life if he is convicted.

Duane “Keffe D” Davis was arrested on suspicion of the murder of iconic rapper Tupac Shakur, who was shot dead in Las Vegas almost 30 years ago.

Duane 'Keffe D' Davis was indicted by a Nevada grand jury on one count of murder on Friday.
