The House of Commons has observed a minute’s silence in memory of Sir Tony Lloyd.

Sir Tony, who had been diagnosed with an “untreatable” form of leukaemia, died "peacefully" at home on Wednesday.

The long-standing Labour MP died on Wednesday.
