Technology Addiction

Residents in Whitstable are being urged to put down their smartphones this weekend as part of a parent-led campaign to raise of the impacts of excessive use.

They were all previously exhibited in a little known private museum near Dorchester. The owner has now died and there is no-one to inherit his collection.

More than two-thirds (69%) of those showing signs of phone addiction reported poor sleep regardless of the time spent looking at their phone.
