In 2002 John Cannan was named by police as the main suspect in one of Britain's longest running murder investigations.

Thirty five years ago London estate agent Suzy Lamplugh went to meet a client. She disappeared that day and was never seen again. 

Miss Lamplugh disappeared in 1986 aged 25.

A detective leading the investigation said Ms Lamplugh 'is presumed dead, and is believed to have been murdered.'

Specialist forensics teams are focusing on the garden of a house once owned by the mother of prime suspect John Cannan.
