Sussex Lifeboats

Two people have been cut off from the tide at a popular beauty spot sparking an emergency rescue operation.

Sai Kommareddy, who was studying a Masters in astronautics and space engineering, died after being found in the water during Storm Noa last week.

Three lifeboats from Selsey, Eastbourne and Hastings were launched on Thursday night to search for a missing yacht in stormy weather.
