Suffolk Ipswich

The Kestrel patrol team has been operating in Ipswich since January, as part of the 'Safer Streets' initiative funded by the government.

Police have said the pair were known to the victim before she died.

Suffolk Police said officers would now be conducting extra patrols in the Brooks Hall road area of Ipswich.
