The community group is facing a rent increase from £5,448 per annum to an average of £22,050 per annum over several years, both before tax, under a new deal.

Linette Johnson, a community volunteer, said people are "desperate" while energy companies are "making profits but are not giving it back".

A man was found injured in Marion Street in Splott at around 2.30pm on Sunday, 5 March, South Wales Police said.
