Spending Review

A report by Jersey's Comptroller and Auditor General has stated the government have become "too reliant" on consultants.

Finance Minister says that "frontline services" and "hard-hit households" have been protected as she and her colleagues have tried to make up a £900m shortfall.

The Efficiencies Programme ran from 2019 until April 2020 with the aim of working out ways longer-term savings could be made on the island.
