Solihull council has given the green light to a potential 40% increase in night flights at Birmingham Airport.

An independent review said pictures of bruising sent to the authorities were reasonable grounds to suspect that the six-year-old had been assaulted.

The car has been parked on Northbrook Road for over a month, so workers have had to paint around the car and come back at a later date.
