Asylum seeker Yehya Mahdi from Sudan attacked a fellow asylum seeker from Libya - a country he blamed for his brother's death.

Police say they believe it was an "isolated incident with no wider risk posed to the public".

Police launched a murder inquiry after they were called to an address in the Sneinton area of the city just after 6am yesterday.
